This policy covers spone.io. It's run by SPONE FZCO, United Arab Emirates. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy applies when you use the product.

What we collect on this site

spone.io has no accounts or advertising, and it doesn't set cookies. When you load a page, the servers that deliver it process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. That data is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, your work email, your company (optional) and what you want solved. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. When you press Send, the form is delivered to our inbox, hello@spone.io, as an email with your email address as the reply-to. This site doesn't store what you send in a database; we keep the email the same way as any other message we receive (see below).

To stop spam, the form runs a security check from the network provider that delivers this site. It processes technical data about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, only to tell real visitors from spam, and isn't used for advertising.

When you email us

If you write to hello@spone.io, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.

Links to our products

This site links to our product sites. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@spone.io and we'll handle your request under the data protection law that applies to you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
